Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made on Prepmocker.
1. Digital Products
All our services (mock tests, test series, bundles, etc.) are digital in nature. Once access is granted to a paid product, it is considered delivered.
2. Refund Conditions
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
- Payment was made but access was not provided due to a technical issue from our side.
- Amount was deducted twice for the same order (duplicate payment).
In such cases, you must contact us within 3 days of the transaction with valid proof (transaction ID, screenshot, etc.).
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Wrong product purchase by the user.
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Partial usage of test series or bundles.
- Offers, discounts, or coupon-based purchases.
4. Cancellation
Since products are delivered digitally and access is granted instantly or within a short time, orders once completed cannot be cancelled by the user.
5. Processing of Refunds
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method (e.g., bank account / card / UPI) used during the transaction.
- Refund processing time may take 7–10 working days, depending on the payment gateway and bank.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund (if eligible), please email us with the following details:
- Full name
- Registered email ID
- Mobile number
- Order ID / Transaction ID
- Issue description and proof (screenshot, bank SMS, etc.)
